Farnley Tyas First School

Farnley Tyas C of E First School lies on Butts Road, almost directly opposite St Lucius church. The highly-Ofsted rated school is home to around 50 or so pupils, around 10 in each year.

The school is actively involved with local community groups, and especially the local church, which has played host to many events and shows, including Nativities and Harvest Festivals, in which all the children play a part.
